  • What type of personal trainer is Fitphase for?

FitPhase has been built to allow personal trainers to effectively manage online clients, as opposed to the clients you train one on one in a gym or health club. Online personal training gives you the ability to generate a second revenue stream by training clients that aren't local to you.

  • How much does it cost?

There are no monthly costs to use FitPhase. Upon registration, you are required to link an existing or new Stripe account to your Fitphase account so you're able to accept payments directly from clients. Stripe payment processing fees are deducted from payments you receive from clients, and an additional 4.5% is automatically transferred to us.

  • How do my clients purchase training packages from me?

Once you've created packages from within your account, clients can purchase these and register directly through your micro site. Once they've made payment, they'll be presented with a health questionnaire that they'll be able to fill out online for you to review before starting their plan.

  • How many clients can I have?

There's no limit to the amount of clients you can manage from within Fitphase - it all depends on how much time you have and how many you think you can manage! If you're unable to take on further clients you can disable your current packages from being purchased on your micro site then enable them once you're ready to start taking on clients again!

  • What is a micro site?

The micro site is your free mini website, automatically generated the moment you register an account that shows your profile information and available packages. You can share the address to this site or link to it from your website to allow clients to purchase online packages from you.

  • How long until a withdrawal appears in my bank account?

Once you have made a withdrawal request, it can take up to 2 working days for that money to appear in your bank. Payments made to you will be in Great British Pounds (GBP).
